This service is operated by isoiso LLC ("we", "us"), a company registered in Tokyo, Japan. We help foreigners find Japanese language schools in Tokyo at no cost to the user.

What we collect

When you fill out our form, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Nationality
• Social media ID (optional)
• Preferred contact method and ID
• Japanese level, goals, budget, and preferences

How we use it

Your information is used solely to:

• Match you with a suitable Japanese language school
• Contact you with our recommendation
• Introduce you to the school on your behalf

Who we share it with

We may share your name, nationality, Japanese level, and goals with partner schools in order to facilitate your introduction. We will not sell your information to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (cloud database hosted in Tokyo, Japan). We retain your data for up to 12 months after your inquiry, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via LINE or WhatsApp.
